Welcome to the 22nd year of Seaside Runs.
This first race was race number 169 since 1985! 90 entrants is not a bad start
considering it was Mother’s Day, the clocks went forward and there was a
Borders League race further down the prom at Egremont!
Well done to Ian
Costello and Charlotte O’Connell
for winning in 16’52 and 18’03 respectively and earning a tenner
each. Best PB was to Pam Dennett
with 292 seconds off her best. Special mention goes to Leon Gregory in 5th place with 18’18 in his first
Seaside Run. He came specially from
